Rights of users and affected persons

With a view to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to

  1. on confirmation of whether data concerning them are processed, on information about the data processed, on further information about data processing and on copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
  2. to correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);
  3. immediate deletion of the data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 GDPR is required, restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR;
  4. on receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and on transmission of this data to other providers/responsible parties (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
  5. upon complaint to the supervisory authority if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (cf. also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, Sinfosy digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of the processing which takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation shall not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that the data are processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

Your data processed when using our APP will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal storage obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.

For technical reasons, especially to ensure a secure and stable work with the app, data is transmitted to us or to our web space provider. With these so-called server log files, the date and time of the respective access, the website from which you switched to our solution (referrer URL) and the IP address of the Internet connection from which our Internet presence is used are collected.

These data collected in this way will be temporarily stored, but not together with other data of yours.

This data is stored on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our solution.

The data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until an incident is finally resolved.

App authorizations

The following authorizations are required to use our app:

Internet

SINTRA is a backend based application that requires Internet access for data transfer.

Access Network State

We may restrict network access to secure data. For this we need information about the network.

Read Phone State

SINTRA can be restricted to use on individual mobile devices. We receive this information from the Phone State

Camera

You can use the app to capture images and add them to your load carriers.

Read External Storage / Write External Storage

We load data from the backend and store it temporarily on the device. For this we need access rights

Access Coarse Location / Access Fine Location

Determining the beacon distance requires this data release. This is required in the “Radar” function.

Wake Lock

The app requires a permanent connection for a permanent data transfer. For this we need your consent.

Receive Boot Complete

After the update, the app restarts automatically. This release enables the.

Ignore Battery Optimization

Since Android 7, network connections are severely restricted or capped in battery mode. To avoid this, this power save mode is limited to maintain the functionality of the app.

Bluetooth Admin and Bluetooth

The beacon data is read via Bluetooth. We first check whether Bluetooth is switched on / switch it on and then need access to the Bluetooth connection to ensure the functionalities of the app.

GPS Data

The GPS location data is read from the GPS chip. We first check if Location Services are enabled / turn them on and then need access to the exact location to ensure the functionality of the app.

Email address

The email address is not stored in connection with the username. It is a login-only email that does not store any data when you log in (neither time nor frequency).
